Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. It may collect device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and interactions with the Contact page.
The site records an inquiry-start event when a visitor submits the Contact form or opens an email inquiry, and records a lead only after the form service accepts a submission. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, and other contact-form entries are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram, visits to selected product pages, inquiry starts, and form submissions accepted by the form service. Meta may receive browser and device information, the page visited, referring information, and cookie or similar identifiers under its own terms and privacy practices.
The site does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, or contact-form contents to Meta. Automatic event configuration is disabled; only the specific page-view, product-view, inquiry-start, and accepted-lead events described here are sent.
Contact information
When a visitor submits the Contact form, the entered fields are sent to Formspree so it can validate the request, filter spam, store the submission, and email it to The Sawdust Sanctuary. The visitor’s email address is used as the reply-to address. Formspree processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Visitors who prefer email or need to attach photos can use the direct email link instead.
Cookies and choices
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. Browser settings can limit or delete cookies. Google offers a browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics, and Meta provides controls for how information is used for ads.
